Eligibility & Selection Criteria

• • • Full-time Year 1 local undergraduate students who are pursuing their first undergraduate degree
    • Have the right of abode or the right to land, or have entered Hong Kong on One-way Permits
    • Have completed senior secondary education in Hong Kong
    • Academic excellence
    • Chinese and English proficiency
    • Leadership that benefits the community and other outstanding achievements
