How to Apply
Before you fill in and submit the application, you are advised to read this page and visit the website(s) of the respective programme(s) to which you wish to apply for admission for updates on the programme requirements.
i) For Senior Year Entry, there are 14 “Programme Preference” including 4 Faculty-based Programmes (Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Social Science), 9 two-year curriculum Programmes and the Nursing Programme. Please click here for the list of programmes.
ii) If your Preferred Major(s) fall into any of the 4 Faculties mentioned above, you have to select the corresponding Faculty under “Programme” column first, then indicate your “Preferred Major” in priority order. Please refer to the Sample 1 below.
iii) You may select up to 3 different Faculties as your “Programme Preference”, allowing a maximum of 9 “Preferred Major” choices.
iv) You may select other two-year curriculum Programmes and/or Nursing Programme in conjunction with the Faculty-based Programmes. Make sure to indicate your Entrance Year if you select Nursing Programme. Please refer to Sample 2 below.
v) You are not allowed to duplicate your “Programme Preference” or “Preferred Major”.
You are advised to read the application guide before completing the online application as the guide contains important information and guidelines that will assist you in completing and submitting your application.

Required supporting documents

- A copy of your HKID Card/ Passport/ Dependant Visa/ One-way Permit
- Copies of your academic transcripts and certificates for your public examination results, diploma/sub-degree programme(s) and other relevant credentials.
- Offer letters for admission from recognised institution(s) to which you have been offered admission for 2025 entry, where applicable.
- Up to three Recommendation(s) of academic referee(s):

- Via online system: You can submit and check the referee submission status in the “Online Recommendation Form” section after settling the application fee. Your referee will then receive an invitation email to login the “Online Confidential Recommendation System” to complete the Confidential Recommendation/Referee Report.
- By hardcopy: You can find the Confidential Recommendation Form in the “Paper Recommendation Form” section. You or your referee(s) should complete a printed form and post it to our office directly in a sealed envelope

Application Fee
The online application fee is HK$450 for 2025 entry. The application fee, once paid, is not refundable irrespective of whether the application is successful or otherwise.
Application Status
You can check your application status online after your submission of application and settlement of application fee.
