How to Apply

Before you fill in and submit the application, you are advised to read this page and visit the website(s) of the respective programme(s) to which you wish to apply for admission for updates on the programme requirements.

  i)  Select Entrance Year
Choose your intended “Entrance Year” first. The system will then display a list of programmes that are available for that entrance year.

 ii)  Choose Programme
For Senior Year Entry, there are 14 “Programme Preference”:
– 4 Faculty-based Programmes (Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Social Science)
– 9 Two-year Curriculum Programmes
– Nursing Programme

  iii)  Indicate Preferred Major Programme under Faculty-based Programme
If your preferred major(s) fall into any of the 4 Faculties, you have to select the corresponding Faculty under “Programme” column first, then indicate your preferred major programme(s) in priority order.

  iv)  You may select up to 3 different Faculties as your “Programme Preference”, allowing a maximum of 9 “Preferred Major Programme” choices.

  v)  You can also select Two-Year Curriculum Programme(s) and/or the Nursing Programme in conjunction with any Faculty-based Programme(s).

You are advised to read the application guide before completing the online application as the guide contains important information and guidelines that will assist you in completing and submitting your application.

Application Deadlines

  • Regular Deadline: 24 February 2026

Required supporting documents

1. 1. A photocopy of your Hong Kong Identity Card / Dependant Visa / Passport / One-way Permit
   2. Copies of your academic transcripts and certificates for your public examination results, diploma/sub-degree programme(s) and other relevant credentials.
   3. Admission offer letter(s) from recognised institution(s) to which you have been offered admission for 2026 entry, if applicable.
   4. Up to three Recommendation(s) of academic referee(s), your referee will receive an invitation email to login the “Undergraduate Admissions Recommendation System” to complete the Confidential Recommendation.

Application Fee

The online application fee is HK$500 for 2026 entry. The application fee, once paid, is not refundable irrespective of whether the application is successful or not.

Application Status

You can check your application status online after your submission of application and settlement of application fee.
