How to submit

Please read the “Regulations Governing Associate Students” before completing the application form.

(a) Application forms can be downloaded at www.cuhk.edu.hk/adm/asso/applicationform; OR can be obtained from the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

(b) Completed application forms should be submitted to the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid in person or by post together with the following documents:

  1.  Copy of Hong Kong Identity Card
  2. Certified true copies of credentials
  3. Application fee of HK$450 (by bank draft or crossed cheque made payable to “The Chinese University of Hong Kong”).  Application fees paid are not refundable.

Incomplete submission of information/required documents may delay the application process or lead to the result of application not being processed.

(c) Applicants may select course(s) to apply for based on the list of courses offered in 2023-24

(Website: http://rgsntl.rgs.cuhk.edu.hk/rws_prd_applx2/Public/tt_dsp_timetable.aspx).

In the website, you may browse courses offered in 2023-24 (1st Term) by selecting “2023-24 Term 1” for “Academic Term” under search criteria. If a course of your choice is not being offered in 2023-24, you will be notified after the release of 2023-24 Teaching Timetable.

(d) Depending on the latest development of COVID-19, university guidelines and desired learning outcomes of individual course(s), course(s) may be conducted via online or face-to-face teaching (or mixed-mode teaching).
